1. Genel Bilgilendirme
mpfilo.com, kullanıcıların ürün, araç, emlak ve benzeri kategorilerde ilan yayınlayabildiği bir ilan platformudur.
Web sitemiz üzerinden yapılan satışlar, doğrudan ilan sahibi (satıcı) ile alıcı arasında gerçekleşmektedir.
mpfilo.com, sadece ilan yayınlama hizmeti sunar ve satışa konu ürünler üzerinde doğrudan bir sahiplik veya sorumluluk taşımaz.
2. İade Koşulları
mpfilo.com’da yayınlanan ürün ilanları için iade süreci, tamamen ilan sahibi ile alıcı arasındaki anlaşmaya tabidir.
Ancak platformumuzda yayınlanan ürünler için genel olarak şu ilkeler geçerlidir
Satın alınan ürün ayıplı, hasarlı ya da açıklamalara uymuyorsa, alıcı iade talebinde bulunabilir.
İade talepleri, satın alma işleminden itibaren 7 gün içinde satıcıya bildirilmeli ve ürün, kullanılmamış şekilde geri gönderilmelidir.
İlan sahibi, yasal yükümlülükler çerçevesinde iade taleplerini değerlendirmekle yükümlüdür.
mpfilo.com, anlaşmazlık durumunda taraflara destek sağlayabilir ancak nihai karar ilan sahibine aittir.
3. İade Süreci
Alıcı, iade talebini öncelikle ilan sahibi satıcıya iletir.
İlan sahibi talebi değerlendirerek onaylar veya gerekçeli şekilde reddeder.
Onaylanan iadelerde ürünün kargosu ve teslimi alıcı ile satıcı arasında kararlaştırılır.
Ödeme iadeleri, ilan sahibinin prosedürlerine göre gerçekleştirilir. mpfilo.com bu sürece doğrudan müdahale etmez.
4. İade Edilemeyen Ürünler
Aşağıdaki ürün ve ilan türlerinde iade yapılamayabilir
Kişisel veya hijyenik ürünler
Dijital içerikler (lisans anahtarı, dijital üyelik vb.)
Teslimatı tamamlanmış, açılmış veya kullanılmış ürünler
“Olduğu gibi” veya “takaslı” olarak satıldığı açıkça belirtilmiş ürünler
Emlak ve araç kiralama/satış ilanları (hizmete dönük işlemler)
5. mpfilo.com’un Rolü ve Sorumluluğu
mpfilo.com, yalnızca ilan yayın hizmeti sunar.
İade süreçleri satıcı ve alıcı arasında yürütülür.
Ancak olası dolandırıcılık ya da şikayet durumlarında ilan yayını durdurulabilir, kullanıcı engellenebilir veya yasal makamlara bilgi verilebilir.

1. General Information
mpfilo.com is an advertising platform where users can post ads in product, vehicle, real estate and similar categories.
Sales made through our website are made directly between the advertiser (seller) and the buyer.
mpfilo.com only provides an ad publishing service and does not have direct ownership or responsibility for the products for sale.
2. Return Conditions
The return process for product advertisements published on mpfilo.com is entirely subject to the agreement between the advertiser and the buyer.
However, the following principles generally apply to products published on our platform.
If the purchased product is defective, damaged or does not match the description, the buyer may request a return.
Return requests must be submitted to the seller within 7 days of purchase and the product must be returned unused.
The advertiser is obliged to evaluate refund requests within the framework of legal obligations.
mpfilo.com may provide support to the parties in case of dispute, but the final decision belongs to the advertiser.
3. Return Process
The buyer first forwards the return request to the advertiser seller.
The advertiser evaluates the request and approves or rejects it with justification.
For approved returns, the shipping and delivery of the product is agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.
Payment refunds are processed according to the advertiser's procedures. mpfilo.com does not directly intervene in this process.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following product and ad types may not be refunded.
Personal or hygienic products
Digital content (license key, digital membership, etc.)
Products that have been delivered, opened or used
Items clearly marked as being sold “as is” or “with trade-in”
Real estate and vehicle rental/sale advertisements (service-oriented transactions)
5. Role and Responsibility of mpfilo.com
mpfilo.com only provides ad publishing services.
Return processes are carried out between the seller and the buyer.
However, in cases of possible fraud or complaints, the advertisement may be stopped, the user may be blocked or legal authorities may be notified.
